When online retailers think about
payment gateways, First Data GGe4 appears to be the popular one among
the consumers. First data affords seamless and secured payment
processing to all shopping sites. Online shoppers need to highly
focus on checking the payment methods integrated on the shopping site
before you start the shopping process. The moment you visit any
online store, check if the payment method is familiar to you. If you
wish to purchase product over internet, you click on the product and
you click on check out to make payment.
Prestashop First Data GGe4 Module is an extension of Prestashop integrated with First
Data GGe4 payment gateway which affords seamless checkout for your
valuable customers. Payment processing is done on the shopping site
as there is no need for the customer to get redirected to another
site inorder to make payments. Prestashop First Data Module offers
seamless and secured checkout to the customers. When your customer is
at the checkout stage on your shopping site, chooses the payment
option provided on your site. By selecting the payment option,
customer enters the credit card details on your shopping site. These
credit details are sent using payment plugin to First Data GGe4
payment gateway.
Prestashop First Data GGe4 Module collects, validates and sends the transaction details to the first data merchant account. Merchants should create their own first data merchant account for viewing the customer’s transactions. Credit card transactions are not stored in this module as it is adhered to PCI Compliance. Online store owners will be provided the back end access to “Authorize Only”, “Authorize & Capture”. Authorize Only of payments is done, if the customer transaction is kept on hold to check if it is a valid one or not. Authorize Only & Capture of payments is done, if the customer payment is credited to the merchant account and the ordered product is ready for shipment. Refund option is also supported by this module. Merchants will be provided the back end access to configure the refund option if required. Refund is accessed by the merchants if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and requests for refund.
