- Download the extension package and unzip the file
- Go to System Magento Connect Magento Connect Manager
- Enter the Amex payment extension key received
- Click “Choose File” option after selecting patch, and upload through “Direct Package File Upload” option
- Choose the unzipped file and upload
- Click refresh after the upload
- Check Admin panel for the new extension
